30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item by contacting us at letitiasimalorie@gmail.com.

For a return requested after the statutory withdrawal period, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with any supplied tags and its original packaging where applicable. Please provide your receipt or other proof of purchase. These conditions do not limit your statutory rights described below.

How to Start a Return

Email letitiasimalorie@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the return. We will determine and provide the applicable return address and shipping instructions after receiving your request. Please do not send a return to the business unit address above unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

For eligible returns, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. The return label is provided at our expense. Contacting us to obtain return instructions does not delay or prevent you from exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law.

Exceptions

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain goods where a legal exception applies, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, and certain sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Gift cards and sale items may be excluded from our additional 30-day return offer, but a sale price alone does not remove a consumer’s statutory withdrawal rights.

Exchanges

To request a different item, contact us about returning your original item. Once the return is arranged, you may place a separate order for the new item. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer purchasing online, you generally have 14 days after receiving the goods to notify us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason. Contact us at letitiasimalorie@gmail.com before the period expires. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. We will promptly provide the applicable return address and instructions.

Missing original packaging or tags does not, by itself, remove this statutory right. You may handle an item as you would to inspect it in a shop; you may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that inspection. Legal exceptions apply only where their requirements are met.

Refunds

We will notify you when we receive and inspect your return. For a statutory withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments covered by that right, including the original standard delivery charge where applicable, within 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first. We will use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.

For a return under our additional 30-day offer after the statutory withdrawal period, we will issue an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post it.
